For onboarding programs where the same box goes out to each new hire, SoPack allows the kit to be assembled and dispatched from a single warehouse point rather than managing packaging procurement separately. The boxes arrive flat-packed and assemble without tools. Each size is designed for standard onboarding kit configurations — confirm the size against your kit item list before ordering.

The SoPack S (300×100×200 mm) suits compact onboarding packs: a notebook + pen combination, a notebook + stickers + socks bundle, or a small accessory item alongside a folded document or card. It is not suited to T-shirts, hoodies, or most drinkware items — those require a larger SoPack size. 300 mm length × 200 mm height × 100 mm depth is a relatively narrow box. Before committing to SoPack S, lay out all kit items flat and measure their combined footprint. The 100mm depth accommodates only flat or thin items. For kits combining apparel and stationery, the SoPack M or L will be required.

No third-party sustainability certifications (FSC®, PEFC, or equivalent) are confirmed for the SoPack boxes on the product page. The corrugated cardboard construction is a recyclable material, and the box is described as 'eco-friendly' — but no formal certification audit trail is confirmed. Corrugated cardboard is widely recyclable and already has a high post-consumer recycling rate in the EU. For programs where FSC®-certified packaging is required for procurement compliance, confirm the SoPack's paper sourcing documentation with the SoMerch team. If FSC® is needed, this is a hard requirement to verify before ordering.

SoPack boxes are printed with full-color custom designs on the corrugated cardboard exterior. All exterior surfaces can carry print — the lid, sides, and base. The matte finish is suitable for detailed logos, brand colors, and custom illustrations. Tuck-in flaps that close the box are also printable. Full-color printing on the SoPack creates a branded unboxing experience — the box itself becomes part of the welcome kit presentation before the contents are revealed. Interior print is also possible (confirm at order stage). Provide artwork in vector or high-resolution format. A same-day mockup confirms how the print wraps across all panels of the box.

SoPack S is the right choice for programs where the kit is intentionally compact — stationery-focused welcome packs, add-on gift boxes for existing employees, or event kits where apparel is distributed separately.
